Session 2: Training the Dragon and Strategies for Regulation

This session is designed to support unique kids at home by providing tools to help regulate sensory processing and nervous system thresholds. By understanding whether your child requires more or less sensory input, you'll gain practical strategies to help them achieve balance. You'll also be introduced to the "dragon" concept, along with effective techniques to guide your child in managing and "training" their dragon for improved self-regulation.
